Illinois leaders went to court Monday to stop President Donald Trump from sending National Guard troops to Chicago.

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from Ghislaine Maxwell, the imprisoned ex-girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein. The Trump administration had urged the court to stay out of the case.
