As Colorado feels its coldest temperatures since May, many are wondering when they should winterize their sprinklers.

Local experts with Truckee Meadows Water Authority say to make sure your thermostat is set to at least 55 degrees so it’s warm enough in the house and your pipes don’t freeze underneath your sink.
