RUST ENCAPSULATOR PLUS? We are trying to finish the C10 Project this month and one of the last things we want to do is clean up the underside of the bed then apply some bedliner. For the underside, we spent a day or two removing all the loose debris with the CONTOUR SCT then came back with a scuff pad to give tooth to any existing coating as well bare metal.
