One question I’ve gotten is how a cluster set stimulus could equal a straight set stimulus, and I’ve always had the same answer. It doesn’t. That isn’t the point of them. The point of them is to be able to add volume with a minimal fatigue cost. They’re free stimulating reps at the fatigue cost of a warmup set.
