A veteran and amputee, Randy Cooper, is celebrating a life-changing Christmas gift thanks to the nonprofit Veterans 4 Veterans. Cooper, who served in the Army in 1978, faced challenges maneuvering his wheelchair over the old flooring in his Beaumont home. The nonprofit stepped in to lay down new flooring throughout the house, making it easier for Cooper to move around. "It's life changing," Cooper said, calling the new flooring "a blessing."
