using LOW IMPACT workouts have completley changed the way my stomach looks. WHY? because when you use slow and controlled movements you are engaging your core & with proper breathing & posture helping your rib flare. I always thought hours of cardio would help me fix it but it really it all came down to proper breathing when doing any type of exercise. The ladder app has completly changed my workout style & has showed me what the fitness industry never could have!! Join me on team define! ✅💪🏼
