It’s okay to not be okay. Grief is a natural reaction to loss and it’s okay to allow those emotions to move out of you through tears, that’s one way to heal. I tried to get some coping mechanisms activated to help shift the energy which did ultimately work. My good friend @Doeremio held space for me and we got to hang out and laugh which was really uplifting and exactly what I needed today 💜 This grief is not related to my boyfriend Eric who was murdered in front of me….
