This is an aquatic oligochaete worm, we named it shark wormy. Shark wormy is using its pharynx to bite into this air bubble. There aren’t any benefits, it’s just a party trick. These worms are mainly decomposers, which means that they feed on decaying organic matter, but some also feed on algae, small protozoans, and some even other worms. 😱 #Microscopic #Monday 🔬🧫 by @tardibabe/IG | Science Channel
