How to make foam breastplate ✂️ 1. Transfer the pattern to 5mm thick EVA foam. 2. Cut the pieces out with a sharp knife. 3. (Put on a respirator & work in a well ventilated area) Heat up the foam and shape it. I use a polystyrene ball for the cups. 4. Apply contact adhesive on the edges and let it dry for a couple of minutes. 5. When the glue is touch dry, press the edges together. 6. Heat up and shape it again. 7. Glue the cups to the under bust. 8. Add details. I usually cut long strips of 2mm
