TikTok has signed a deal to sell its U.S. operations to a group of American investors, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to CBS News. Axios reported Thursday that Oracle, Silver Lake and Abu Dhabi-based MGX will collectively own 45% of the U.S. entity. Almost one-third of the new entity will be owned by current ByteDance investors, according to Axios. #tiktok
