You can get MelonLoader here: https://github.com/LavaGang/MelonLoader/releases/tag/v0.5.5 And you can get various FP2 mods here: https://gamebanana.com/mods/games/17194 Some of the mods use BepInEx instead of MelonLoader. You'll have to get instructions on how to setup BepInEx somewhere else, I don't use it.
