Sam Parker articulated this very well. To some, on the surface, the Ft. Huachuca meeting seems like an insignificant detail but when conversations like this are had, it allows others to chime in & potentially word things in ways that click for those who may still be wondering why it’s important. Again, I had to mute certain words so that my account wouldn’t be compromised.

This happens to me all the time as an #autistic person and it makes me feel so bad because i want to be grateful and express that, yet at the same time I feel really thrown off and upset! Seemingly “small” things can be really important to me and my regulation, so sometimes something as simple as pre buttering my toast will completely alter my mood and mindset for hours.
